Must telecommute from within sales territory & reside in sales territory (CO, AZ, ID, NV, NM, UT, WA, CA). Monday-Friday 8am-5pm & across multiple time zones, overnight travel & extra/weekend hours. Follow Compass sales process including prospecting, selling & negotiating contracts.
Requires Bachelor's (any field) or equivalent. Requires 3 years of new business development experience including 3 years:
- use excel to develop financials
- use business acumen & review financials with client
- write cover letters, executive summaries & respond to client RFP questions
- create & work with PowerPoint presentations
- communicate with different clients, prospects, & operations in business development process
- organize & multi-task to manage multiple deals at various stages of sales process
- work with CRM management systems
