Candidate must have a Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering & 4 years of experience in leading the design & development of high efficiency washing machine cycle systems &/or sub-assemblies related to thermodynamic & fluid mechanics fabric care features across multiple product architectures.
Experience must include: Utilizing Six Sigma, SCRUM, & Agile engineering methodologies to develop new or improved washing cycles for high-efficiency laundry appliances that meet functionality, performance, energy, & regulatory targets. Applying algebraic modeling & thermodynamic optimization principles to design systems using MatLab. Developing control algorithms for washing cycles for washing machines, using Model Based Design (MBD) with MATLAB, Simulink & Rapid Control Prototyping (RCP). Utilizing JMP software to apply Design of Experiment statistical methodology to design optimization projects.
