Lead ESS IT Portfolio & Program Management, deploying best-practices & supporting the delivery of strategic programs across the business.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field + 8 years of experience in technology, technical or related field.
Must have 6 years of experience with the following: increasing responsibility in IT management &/or technology project & program management; applicable project & program management experience in a technology environment; & experience delivering IT within an Agile environment.
Must have 5 years of experience with the following: reporting skills with various complex tools across the IT landscape; Tableau, PowerBI, & others; Advanced spreadsheet & MS Office productivity tools expertise, demonstration of emerging skills. Must have 4 years of experience with the following: demonstrated familiarity & practical application of Organization Change Management methodologies.
Must have 3 years experience with the following: experience in leading technology, multidisciplinary efforts across a complex, matrix org. ITIL Certification & familiarity with other IT Management standard methodologies. Telemeeting permitted 2 times/week.
Employer will accept 2 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
