Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Bioengineering, Bioprocess, Food, or Chemical Engineering and 3 years of experience in a Scientist or Engineering position in the food or snack manufacturing industry. Experience must include: planning and leading technical projects from lab to commercialization, developing, planning for, and carrying out lab, pilot plant and manufacturing trials according to project requirements; using the Idea to Market Commercialization process or similar Product Lifecycle Management; conducting appropriate testing to characterize critical to quality specifications that are quantifiable and repeatable; and gathering and analyzing data from testing results to develop recommendations to advance project technical and commercial readiness. 10% international and domestic travel required.
