ADP, Inc. seeks Manager, Strategy reporting to our Roseland, NJ location. Responsible for structuring complex business problems and undertake analysis to uncover recommendations.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration, Math, or a related field + 6 years of related experience required. ADP will also accept a master's degree + 4 years of related experience. Telecommuting permitted.
3 years of experience must include: Program management of Enterprise wide initiatives; Conduct secondary market research using Data Monitor, IBISWorld, Company 360; Analyze data for trends/insights using data visualization software (such as Tableau); Conduct financial analysis utilizing publicly available data (e.g., Capital IQ) including evaluating competitor earnings reports, P&L & Cash flow statements; Modeling in Excel, including working with numbers & large volume of data; Developing compelling content (Microsoft PowerPoint/Word) that articulates strategic options & enables executive decision making.
Annual base salary range for this position is $119,552 to $199,600.
