Support the core functions of the enterprise clinical information systems. Assist physicians, nurses, & other clinicians with issue resolution related to the electronic health record & other clinical applications. Bachelor's in Nursing, or a related field. 5 years progressive health informatics, hospital clinical systems &/or hospital information systems experience, including solid experience in: clinical workflows in a hospital setting; clinical change management policies & procedures; training & supporting clinical staff in the adoption of new technologies & processes; triaging, troubleshooting, & resolving issues & customer concerns using Service Now ticket management platform; implementing Epic (Electronic Health Record) version upgrades through Nova Note; system design life cycle in the areas of design, content development, validation, implementation, stabilization & evaluation of electronic health information systems. Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Telecommuting from any US location is an option. Travel to CA required, minimum of 2 days/month at clinics in Palo Alto, San Jose, Redwood City, or Pleasanton. $165,006.40 - $209,082/yr.
