Requirements: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance or related field & 6 years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or related occupation: utilizing Microsoft Excel to build complex financial models; building comparable valuation sheets & macroeconomic databases; conducting primary & secondary research by interviewing company management, industry contacts, research analysts & investors; utilizing Excel, Bloomberg, & VisibleAlpha to build complex financial models to forecast individual company KPIs; compiling data sets including Global Domestic Product (GDP), Consumer Price Index (CPI), Producer Price Index (PPI), Heating Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) monthly shipment data, Air-Conditioning Heating & Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) monthly shipment data, ACT Research class 8, class 5-7 & reefer build data, Dodge Construction Put in Place (CPIP) data, Architectural Billing Index (ABI), & Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) data, to develop proprietary view of economic conditions; & analyzing fiscal & monetary policy decisions made by government & Federal Reserve & developing view of their impact on stocks & broader economy.
