Provide full spectrum energy auditing & consulting services. Review customer deliverables such as energy audits, energy savings calculations, & financial analysis. Direct oversight of team consisting of up to 5 agents. Responsible for P&L projects. Conduct formal hiring & feedback processes in-line with company protocol, including interviews, mid-year/annual performance reviews, onboarding, training & mentorship of new staff. Identify potential opportunities, match client requests with existing service lines, cross-selling services, & coordinate proposal issuances.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Building Science, or Energy Systems Engineering (or its U.S. equivalent) + 2 years of experience as an Engineering Team Lead, Project Manager, or Application Engineer; or a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Building Science, or Energy Systems Engineering (or its U.S. equivalent) + 5 years of experience as an Engineering Team Lead, Project Manager, or Application Engineer.
