Lead & support the mechanical engineering development of vehicle from the build-out phase through delivery to our operations team, including final bring-up & shakedown testing. Support mechanical Scene by performing vehicle integration for the organization by designing, prototyping, & installing proof-of-concept systems & sensors under evaluation. Design & build test benches to validate mechanical, electrical, embedded, & software systems. Develop & own documentation as it relates to vehicle integration. Troubleshoot vehicles systems, computer components, & sensors by performing root cause analysis, & work on minimizing vehicle downtime while ensuring vehicle safety.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Math, + at least 2 years of experience as an integration engineer for an autonomous automotive company, & 2 years of experience using Bash, Python, C++, Matlab, & working in a Linux OS environment.
