Eligible to telecommute 2-3 days/week from a home office within normal commuting distance of the Boston, MA office. Coordinate and lead efforts to evaluate needs for environmental site assessments and evaluate the suitability of site locations for various projects.
Requirements:
Must have bachelor's degree in Biology, Ecology, Environmental Science or related field and 3 years experience working in the fields of environmental science, ecology or climate conservation focusing on natural resource/wetland projects and related permitting/regulations. Experience must include (1) preparing applications and obtaining environmental permits from government and regulatory agencies including wetland permits; (2) researching and applying environmental compliance and permitting regulations of State and local agencies; (3) Reviewing NEPA and MEPA documents; (4) using Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint. Alternatively, will accept a master's degree and 1 year of stated experience.
