Lead diligence and evaluation of new investment opportunities through in-depth business analysis, financial modeling, industry research and meetings with financial sponsors and management teams.
Requirements:
BA or foreign equivalent in Economics, Finance, or related + 5 years experience on buyside in investment banking, private credit, and/or private equity field in job or related. Must have 5 years experience with: Performing detailed industry, market, competition, and financial analysis that forms basis for new debt and equity investments of firm; Managing entire investment underwriting and due diligence process including data room analysis, preparing investment memos, and leading investment committee discussions. TRAVEL: 20% domestic and international travel required to various and unanticipated company and client sites.
