Responsible for developing algorithm requirements, research & development & verification of algorithms after implementation in BMS.
Must have at least bachelor's degree or equivalent in Control Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related + 5 years of progressive battery related experience as a Battery Modeler, Algorithm Engineer or related (alternatively, master's or equivalent & 3 years experience). Must have 3 years experience with: battery algorithm development experience in automotive, industrial or consumer electronics or aerospace; developing battery prediction algorithms like SOC, SOH, SOP; developing battery cell models (ECM, Particle or other) for system simulation; & 2 years experience with: developing model parameter tracking algorithms; using advanced control techniques like EKF, state observers, machine learning, multi parameter optimization techniques for algorithms.
