Implement, administer, and support Workday HCM systems. Coordinate application support with other info tech teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5 years progressive IT experience to include some solid experience in each:
- Design and configuration of Workday HCM, Security, Benefits, Goals/Performance, Compensation, Absence
- Developing advanced, composite, matrix reports
- Managing Workday functional and technical ticketing queue using Freshservice
- Providing day to day support on all modules and integrations to downstream systems
- Demonstrated ability to properly handle PPI and other confidential info
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hybrid work schedule within CA
