Responsible to oversee development & execution of scripts to ensure app code meets business requirements & performance standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biotech, Information Systems, or a related field +5 years of related experience required
- ADP will accept a Master's degree + 2 years related experience
2 years of experience must include:
- Work with large scale security systems
- Work within API ecosystem
- APIs to investigate & resolve complex tech issues
- Collaborate with development teams to address critical issues & implement fixes
- API design & architecture
- Collaborate with highly technical teams, product management, & senior leaders to align API support & infrastructure management with goals & strategies
- API security
- Utilize existing models & automation tools to address API issues
- Secure transactions via APIs
- Oversee business critical clients & support escalations
- SOAP Web Services
- REST Services
- HTTP/S, TCP/IP, SFTP, FIPS, & FTP
- Integration frameworks, including Apache Camel
- Software development experience using Java, Python, J2EE, MySQL, Micro-Services, Spring or Hibernate
- Triaging production issues using monitoring solutions such as Splunk or AppDynamics
- Machine Learning Models including Traditional Models (Linear/Logistic or any CART models), Deep Learning Neural Models & frameworks (Keras/TensorFlow)
- Provide insights on tech support, infrastructure, & API services enhance product & drive business growth
- Communication with external users to understand API-related needs & provide solutions
- Creation & maintenance of comprehensive API documentation, ensuring accuracy & user-friendliness
