Work with assigned department(s) to identify a pipeline of opportunities (e.g., Cost savings, capacity, & efficiency projects) & coach resources on applying Operational Excellence (OpEx) concepts & tools.
Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field, & 5 years of post-bachelor work experience as a Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, Continuous Improvement Specialist, Engineering Trainee, Operational Excellence or related; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field + 7 years of post-bachelor work experience as a Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, Continuous Improvement Specialist, Engineering Trainee, Operational Excellence or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
May telecommute 50% of time to Devens, MA from any US location.
The starting pay rate considers job characteristics like required skills and location. Final compensation is based on experience.
