Business Analyst - Apps sought by Schaeffler Group USA Inc. in Fort Mill, SC to conduct quality management within SAP & external quality management solutions including data integration between applications.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related +5 years experience in job offered or related.
5 years experience must include implementing IT solutions in SAP R3, SAP S/4HANA & SAP Cloud Integration (Microsoft Azure) system landscape; Designing & supporting integration of legacy & 3rd party software applications with SAP; Quality management within SAP & external quality management solutions including data integration; Unit testing, Integration testing & training end-users on SAP PP QM processes & functionalities; Participating in system design, analysis, & testing, ensuring seamless integration; Collaborating with local & Corporate SAP analysts to identify & resolve system issues; Working closely with ABAP developers to address reported problems, investigating root causes, propose corrective actions, & track resolution; Consulting with internal staff to analyze operational procedures & processes; Developing business requirements specifications & functional spec documentation by understanding specific requirements related to data input, summarization, & reporting formats; Maintaining & updating master data related to production planning & quality management & ensuring accuracy & consistency in material master data, BOMs, work centers, & routings; Collaborating with quality teams to define inspection plans, sampling procedures, inspection characteristics & configuring inspection types & link them to relevant operations; & handling quality notifications using 8D methodology.
In alternative, employer will accept Master's degree & 2 years experience. Up to 5% travel to various & unanticipated Schaeffler locations & client sites nationally. Telecommuting permitted 2 days/week.
