Employer will accept master's degree + 7 years experience. 3 years experience must include reviewing & analyzing US GAAP financial statements & client financial projections; reviewing, collecting & analyzing data to detect deficient controls, fraud or noncompliance with SOX Act Section 404; auditing accounting estimates in accordance with PCAOB 2507 & ASC Topic 326; US GAAP; US GAAS; PCAOB auditing standards; IFRS accounting standards; SEC audit requirements; & COSO framework. CPA license required.
