Requires Bachelor's in Finance, Risk Management or Computer Information Systems +5 years progressive post-Bachelor's experience in offered position or a business analysis or business control & risk management position. 2 years of required experience must include leading risk projects across multiple LOBs offering variety of financial products & services; applying knowledge of regulatory environment in retail banking including BSA/AML & OFAC regulations; determining system requirements, risks & specifications for complex application development projects; working within Systems Development Life Cycle models Waterfall, Spiral & RAD; creating & maintaining requirements definition docs including business & functional requirements; using Jira to enter & update epics, stories & tasks; creating & analyzing data flow diagrams & entity relationship diagrams; working on data analysis, mapping & modeling reference data repository; defining test cases, analyzing bugs & coordinating with team members to fix errors & minimize risk in platform.
Role entails hybrid work with time split between working in Boston, MA office & flexibility to telecommute from another US location.
